Description This 38% caramelised white chocolate bar is made with organic Peruvian cocoa butter from Pangoa, organic whole milk powder from New Zealand and organic raw sugar. We've spiced it up a little with spicy black tea chai powder from Paragon Tea, freeze dried raspberry and toasted dessicated coconut. The profile is rich and creamy with delicate notes of biscuit, but with a forward note of spices, zesty raspberry and a mellow coconut undertone.

Ingredients Organic Whole Milk Powder, Organic Cocoa Butter, Organic Sugar, Chai Spice (Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Star Anise, and Ginger), Freeze Dried Raspberry, Toasted Coconut. Contains dairy. May contain traces of soy, gluten and nuts. Store in a cool and dry place (~18-22ºC).
