Description This 39% white chocolate bar is made with a blend of organic deodorised cocoa butter from the Dominican Republic, and undeodorised cocoa butter from Kamuri Estate in Papua New Guinea. Unlike most white chocolate where sugar is the hero, the notes of natural cocoa butter sing through in this bar. We've added in freeze dried pandan, a pandan crumble and toasted coconut to this bar for a delightfully South-East Asian inspired treat.

Ingredients Cocoa Butter (Papua New Guinea + Dominican Republic), Organic Sugar, Whole Milk Powder, Freeze Dried Pandan Powder, Pandan Crumble (Flour, Butter, Sugar, Freeze Dried Pandan Powder), Desiccated Coconut, Pandan Flavouring. Contains dairy and gluten. May contain traces of soy and nuts. Store in a cool and dry place (~18-22ºC).
