Description This super special 40% white chocolate bar is made with undeodorised cocoa butter from Pangoa in Peru. Unlike most white chocolate where sugar is the hero, the notes of natural cocoa butter sing through in this bar. Mixed with freeze dried banana, waffle cone and caramelised hazelnuts, this bar is in homage to the classic banana split!
