Description Our classic mint chocolate chip bar looks and tastes so much like the real thing, you might think you’re eating the actual ice cream! Double-distilled peppermint oil is swirled in white chocolate and studded with micro-chocolate chips underneath a generous layer of 60% dark chocolate. The bar’s mint green coloring is 100% plant-based, making for a yum-tastic treat. (We love this flavor so much we also crafted a version for our delicious chocolate truffles!) 10% of Seattle Chocolate’s net profits are donated to girls and women around the world. We’re proud to support Girls Inc. in their mission to inspire girls to be strong, smart, and bold; in addition to funding projects that aid female cocoa farmers in Ghana.
