Description This 44% vegan white chocolate bar is made with natural cocoa butter from Ecuador, Australian Macadamias from Brother Mountain Macadamia (Stewarts River, NSW), organic raw sugar and purple sweet potato from Kagoshima, Japan. It's delicate in flavour, but paired with crystalised ginger and tart and floral freeze dried strawberry, this block is a true purple dream!
