Description This 34% vegan white chocolate bar is made with natural cocoa butter from Ecuador, Australian Hazelnuts from Happy Wombat Hazelnuts (Batlow, NSW), organic raw sugar and kinako (roast soy flour) from Japan. We've made a cocoa biscuit crunchy, and paired it with kokuto (Okinawan brown sugar) tossed tempura crunch for a super textural sweet and savoury experience.
