Description Over two years in the making, their flagship bar is the result of working with Maya Mountain to plant over 4,000 hardwood and cacao trees on a new demonstration farm. They got a chance to visit in January 2016 and got some pretty spectacular beans. They're very pleased with the balance of stone fruit and chocolatey notes.
