Description As part of the ‘Bold and Boozy’ series, this bar plays with Agur’s Spanish roots. They can only agree that vermouth represents the coolest of aperitif culture. In Spain, vermouth is usually served neat, with ice, a slice of orange, and an olive. Due to past traditions, it’s viewed as the most socially acceptable alcoholic drink to have before noon on a Sunday! Salud!
