Description A luscious white chocolate made with a rare Vanilla bean from Mexico named Pompona. This ancient variety is thought to be the original vanilla used by the Aztecs and Maya to infuse Xocolatl, a popular drink made with cacao. After the beans are pulled from the Vanilla orchids each bean is meticulously massaged by hand to ensure the oils are dispersed evenly. The beans come to us moist and plump, bursting with precious fragrant caviar. The aromas are mind-blowing, deep bass territory— ripe plums, roasted cacao, oaky, leather, allspice, dark rum, and intense florals.
Ingredients Ingredients: organic cane sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, Pompona vanilla Contains: milk May contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts, and soy
