Description This gold award-winning dark chocolate bar, from Mokaya Plantation, boasts a new recipe that increased its cocoa content from 66% to 75%! Situated in the Chiapas region, the cradle of cocoa, it extends to the border of Guatemala. Almost 2000 years before this era, the Mokayas, a fishermen's indigenous people, were fond of a drink made from cocoa pulp or seeds: the first “chocolate” in the world, called “kakawa”.
Ingredients Ingredients: organic cocoa from plantation ‘Mokaya’ (Mexico), organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic bourbon vanilla pod. May contain traces of milk, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat and eggs.
