Description This 66% dark bar is crafted from Bolivian cocoa beans sourced from the El Ceibo cooperative. This cooperative unites over 1200 small producers who passionately cultivate organic cocoa in the Alto Beni region. We've infused cocoa nibs with Karu Distillery's 'Outcask' rum, to create a bold and daring experience by combining craft chocolate and rum. We don't like to dictate or prescribe but we get woody notes, raisin, juicy grilled pineapple and peat.

Ingredients Cocoa Bean, Organic Raw Sugar, Organic Cocoa Butter, Rum. Contains alcohol. May contain traces of dairy, soy, gluten and nuts. Store in a cool and dry place (~18-22ºC).
