The cacao income supports the Cuyagua Communal Hacienda. Each citizen of the Hacienda fulfills specific functions depending on their experience working with cacao, from cultivation, harvesting, shelling, drying and processing. Tasting Notes: Prominent expressions of cocoa powder and coffee with a rich and chocolaty finish. Bright bitterness with low astringency and acidity.
