Description Ivory Coast, RFA — 2019/20 This bar is created from a Forastero type cacao beans from the west African country of Côte d'Ivoire. The beans are certified by the Rainforest Alliance, an organization tackling problems such as child labor and deforestation. Tasting Notes: Baking spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice finishing with earthy coconut flavors. Low bitterness and astringency with a balanced, complimentary acidity.
