Description Bolivia-Rio Beni, Wild Harvest Direct Trade — 2022 This bar is created from Direct Trade wild harvested Beniano beans from the Tranquilidad Estate in Rio Beni, Bolivia. While all other cacao beans we carry are cultivated, this is the only wild harvest cacao in our lineup. Tasting Notes: Banana and honey with a finish of dark fruits. Bitterness and astringency exist but are in the background. Acidity is well balanced throughout.
