Description This Switchgrass / Honeymoon Collab is a pairing that was developed over the last 60 weeks of testing with their favorite local distillery. The process of crafting this bar began with finding their own custom barrel of Char 3 Whiskey from Switchgrass Spirits in Saint Louis. The barrel-proof whiskey was gently reduced down to remove any alcohol. This whiskey shares the stage with Honeymoon's Haitian caca + locally freeze-dried apples.
