Description Their European style drinking chocolate, made from single origin Colombian Arauca cacao, is rich, creamy and silky smooth. The chocolate has a round, full flavor profile with ripe stone fruit sweetness and a deep, nutty finish. The beans for this drinking chocolate come from the Arauca River Basin on the border with Venezuela. The farm is owned and run by a second-generation cacao grower named Elizabeth Agudelo. Directions: Heat 1/2 cup of milk in a saucepan until steaming. Add 1/4 cup of drinking chocolate and whisk until completely dissolved and frothy. Pour into a cup and enjoy. This can also be made with non dairy milk. Use cream for an intensely decadent experience.
