Description Belvie produces chocolate locally in Saigon, with the finest selected Trinitario cacao beans, which are purchased directly from planters, on an above fair trade price from different provinces of Vietnam, in the pure Belgian tradition. This chocolate bar made of beans from Dong Nai province, a hilly inland area underlaid by volcanic rock, supports cacao plantations on its low-lying slopes as well as in its valleys.
